1. Description

Fix Light Flickering in Territories.
Light flickering needs to be addressed, especially for paid lighting items. Having too many lights or an undisclosed limit should not cause flickering. We expect paid items to function properly.

2. Workaround

Be in the dark like hell or reduce lights on nearby territories

3. Latest update

No update yet.

4. Evidence
