Once Architect operates a community website and event calendar for Once Human builders. This policy explains how the Once Architect Event Calendar uses Google user data.

Google Calendar data we access

Only authorized Once Architect staff connect a Google account. The application requests permission to create and manage events on the connected Once Architect calendar. It may process event titles, descriptions, dates and times, locations, website links, Google event identifiers, and the OAuth tokens needed to maintain the connection.

How we use Google data

Google Calendar data is used only to create, update, confirm, and link community events that staff publish through oncearchitects.com. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

Storage and security

The OAuth refresh token is stored in the site’s protected WordPress database in encrypted form. Access is limited to authorized site administrators. We do not collect or store your Google password.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell Google user data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the website and Google Calendar connection, and only for that purpose. We do not transfer Google user data to advertisers or data brokers.

Retention and deletion

Event information is retained while it is needed to operate the community calendar. An administrator may remove the saved connection from WordPress, and the connected Google account may revoke access at any time from its Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents future calendar access.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Once Architect’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other website data

The website may also process ordinary technical information needed to provide pages securely, such as IP address, browser information, cookies, and server logs. Community submissions and Discord-linked content are processed only to provide the requested community features.
